I started the store’s Instagram in 2021 to create brand awareness and foster a community with our customers.
Our posts featured rotating specialty menu items, seasonal items, reminders for our holiday hours and reposts of photos taken by our customers
As of today, the account has over 170 followers. In the past 3 months the account made over 2,000 impressions, received over 350 profile visits and 50 visits to our website.
Our followers began sharing our profile on their stories with pictures of their orders and continue to tag us in posts from other pages asking for the “best New York bagel.” The owners are happy to see the nice comments we receive from loyal regulars and first-time visitors, resulting in a unique bond with customers we never would have engaged with prior.
